G360 Process Charts

G360 Super Fast System Process

The G360 Super Fast System is developed for rapid defect removal, efficient refinement and permanent high gloss finishing on modern automotive paint systems, including HS, UHS and Low Energy "Air-Dried" clear coats.

Designed for professional bodyshop environments, the process helps reduce polishing time, minimise product use and simplify paint correction workflows while maintaining consistent, filler-free finishing results.

When followed in full, the process is designed to remove P1500 sanding marks directly on conventional clear coats without requiring additional P3000 sanding stages, helping reduce process steps, consumable use and overall repair time.

How to Use: Clean and Protect How to Use: Clean and Protect

1. Spray a light mist onto the surface.

2. Use a clean, G Plus Finishing Cloth to immediately wipe off polishing residues, glue lines etc.

3. Using a dry area of the cloth, or ideally a 2nd clean, dry microfibre cloth, buff the surface.

For tougher contamination like birdlime, allow the product to dwell for a few seconds before wiping

If left and dried on the surface – wet with more product

What is the difference between a Rotary Polisher and a Dual Action (DA) Polisher? What is the difference between a Rotary Polisher and a Dual Action (DA) Polisher?

A Rotary polisher spins in a continuous circular motion, creating a direct and aggressive polishing action that is ideal for faster defect removal and heavier cutting applications.

A Dual Action (DA) polisher combines rotary and oscillating movements, producing a smoother and generally less aggressive polishing action that is commonly used for refining and finishing.

Although Rotary polishing will typically deliver a heavier cut, actual polishing performance depends on a range of factors including substrate type and condition, compound and applicator selection, machine speed, user handling and machine throw. In some spot repair situations, smaller orbit Dual Action machines such as the G Plus Mini Dual Action Polisher may achieve both rapid correction and a high finishing performance when head to head against its rotary counterpart.

Several G Mop applicators can be used across both Rotary and Dual Action polishing systems. Users should check product packaging and the product listings for compatibility guidance and recommended operating instructions.

Both machine types are capable of achieving high quality correction and finishing results in skilled hands. The choice between Rotary and Dual Action polishing often depends on the application, substrate condition, working area and operator preference.

Many Farécla process guides and solutions are designed around a preferred machine type. However, users with access to both Rotary and Dual Action polishers may mix and match recommended processes and product combinations according to operator preference and application requirements to achieve optimal results.

What is the difference between the G360 Super Fast Process(es) for ROTARY and DUAL ACTION? What is the difference between the G360 Super Fast Process(es) for ROTARY and DUAL ACTION?

Both the Rotary and Dual Action G360 Super Fast processes are designed to deliver rapid defect removal and a high gloss finish, but they differ in machine action and recommended applicators for certain stages of the process.

HIGH CUT - To remove P1500 or finer sanding marks
This stage eliminates P1500 sanding marks from conventional low bake clear coats and prepares the surface for MEDIUM CUT polishing.

While similar in appearance, subtle differences in dimensions, foam structure and the fibres of the polishing face mean they behave differently in use. As a result, each pad requires a specific handling approach for optimal control and to avoid introducing additional surface defects.

MEDIUM CUT - To remove process marks and medium defects such as swirls and light scuffs
This stage rapidly eliminates heavier swirls and holograms, leaving an excellent gloss finish on light colours while preparing dark colours for FINE CUT polishing.

FINE CUT - To remove fine defects such as holograms and light swirls while enhancing gloss levels
This stage further enhances gloss levels on light colours while rapidly eliminating light swirls and holograms on dark colours for an enhanced deep gloss finish.

The recommended finishing pads for Rotary and Dual Action polishing are designed to offer optimal handling, machine stability and airflow characteristics for their respective machine actions.

Broadly speaking, Rotary polishing is commonly favoured for fast and consistent higher correction performance, while Dual Action polishing is often preferred for increased control and enhanced finishing characteristics.

The choice between Rotary and Dual Action polishing will depend on operator preference, substrate condition, working area and the finish standard required. Users with access to both machine types may also combine elements of each process to suit the application and optimise overall performance.

What is the difference between the "RED" and "WHITE" G Mop Super High Cut Pads? What is the difference between the "RED" and "WHITE" G Mop Super High Cut Pads?

Farécla offers two types of G Mop Super High Cut Pad(s):

The RED Pad
150 mm Range: GMC650 (78072700153
Introduced alongside G360 Super Fast Compound, this pad is recommended for use with ROTARY polishing processes.

The WHITE Pad
150 mm Range: GMC660 (66254427056)
180 mm Range: GMC760 (66254427057)
Introduced in 2026, this pad is recommended for use with DUAL ACTION polishing processes.

Both pads are designed for use with G360 Super Fast Compound and will remove P1500 or finer sanding scratches when used as part of the correct process.

While similar in appearance, subtle differences in dimensions, foam structure and the fibres of the polishing face mean they behave differently in use. As a result, each pad requires a specific handling approach for optimal control and to avoid introducing additional surface defects.

For best performance, Farécla recommends:
GMC650Rotary use ONLY
GMC660 & GMC760Dual Action use ONLY
