Precision Perfected: New Mini Tools Join the G Plus Range

Farécla are delighted to announce the addition of three precision-engineered machines to the G Plus range:

• G Plus Denibber Tool (GPT320)
• G Plus Dual Action Mini Polisher (GPT220)
• G Plus Rotary Mini Polisher (GPT020)

These cordless mini machines take spot rectification and SMART repair polishing jobs to the next level; ideal for localised defect correction, and high-precision polishing in tight or intricate areas where standard polishers are simply too large. 

Joining the already comprehensive G Plus line-up of rotary and dual action machines, these new tools bring refined control, lightweight ergonomics, and proven G Plus reliability to any bodyshop or detailer's toolbox.

As the first step in the Spot Rectification process, the G Plus Denibber Tool makes defect removal - such as dust nibs - fast and clean. With a 3mm oscillating orbit and variable speed range of 4000–10,000 OPM, it’s ideal for removing dust nibs, minor inclusions, and other surface imperfections before polishing.

This ultra-light (0.45kg bare) machine features:

• Ø31mm backing plate with both PSA and hook-and-loop interfaces
• Cordless 10.8V convenience
• High-performance brushless motor
• Slim, ergonomic design for all-day comfort

When followed by the new G Plus Mini Polishers, it delivers a permanent, high-gloss finish faster and with fewer steps – ideal for modern bodyshop environments.

Purpose-built for swirl-free, precision polishing, the G Plus Dual Action Mini Polisher delivers a 12mm throw and variable speed from 4000–7000 OPM. It is ideal for tackling isolated scratches, localised blemishes, or intricate areas such as wing mirrors, bumpers, and A-pillars.

Weighing in at just 0.78kg (bare tool), its ergonomic design ensures comfort even during longer jobs. Additional features include:

• Ø74mm backing plate (perfect for G Mop 75mm applicators)
• High-torque brushless motor
• Trigger-lock function for continuous use
• Memory function to retain your last speed setting

Offering pure rotary power in a compact form, the G Plus Rotary Mini Polisher operates at 700–2500 RPM with exceptional torque and control – perfect for rapid spot corrections and accurate polishing in confined or curved areas.

Key features include:

• Ø74mm backing plate
• Variable speed rotary motion
• Lightweight body (0.72kg bare)
• Cordless 10.8V operation
• Brushless motor for long-term performance

These machines perfectly compliment the G Plus Denibber Tool in a SMART repair workflow and help keep sanded areas and polishing jobs concentrated.

These new Machines are available in two SKU configurations:

• Tool Only (GPT320 / GPT220 / GPT020) – Includes the bare machine along with a free-of-charge (FOC) accessory - a G Mop Premium Angled Compounding Foam with the Polishers and 10 Abrasive Discs with the Denibber.

• Kit (GPT325 / GPT225 / GPT025) – Includes the machine as listed above, PLUS the rechargeable battery (GPT125) and charger (GPT126). In addition, the Dual Action and Rotary kits come with a complementary tube of G360 Super Fast Compound.
