Farécla Bonnet Painting Competition (2019) - Semi-Final Announcement

Farécla’s competition to showcase the talent of the nation’s apprentice and students is drawing ever closer to the grand finals.

Tomorrow the semi-finalists designs will be revealed, and 1 of the grand finalists will be chosen by the public! Visit www.farecla.com after 11am on Wednesday 11.09.19 and before 11am the following Wednesday 18.09.19 to view the gallery of bonnets and cast your vote.

Since the launch of the competition during National Apprenticeship Week in March 2019, apprentices and students across the country have been working hard, often in their own time, to come up with and implement a design that will give them the best chance of reaching the grand final, and ultimately carrying off the £1000 grand prize and having their bonnet displayed on the Farécla stand at the Advanced Engineering Show (Birmingham NEC, 30-31 October).

Farécla would like to wish all their entrants the best of luck and would like to thank everyone who took part for their participation in the competition for their hard work and enthusiasm.

Farécla Marketing Manager, David Stokes said: “We have been hugely impressed by the number and high standard of finished bonnets submitted for judging. We really hope that large numbers of the bodyshop public will want to acknowledge and encourage the next generation of painters by taking just a few moments to view the gallery and cast their vote.”
