In the Top 5% for 2024

For two assessments in succession, Farécla’s ongoing commitment to a more sustainable future has resulted in receiving a gold award from EcoVadis, the world’s largest and most trusted provider of business sustainability ratings.

A delighted James Lambert (Procurement & Product Director and sustainability lead at Farécla) commented:

“It’s especially pleasing that we improved our already high score over our rating from our last assessment. To achieve gold status you have to be rated in the top 5% of companies. This year’s score actually puts Farécla in the top 2% of the global network of more than 130,000 companies assessed by EcoVadis”

Our commitment to sustainability

The wide range of sustainability initiatives at Farécla includes but is not limited to:

  • Switching to electricity from 100% renewable sources including a large onsite solar array
  • Increasing the circularity of product packaging – more recycled and recyclable materials
  • Reducing the use of plastics
  • Reducing the volatile organic compounds in product formulations
