The 2-4th of August saw the G3 Professional team head over to our last event of the year; and what an event to end on!
CarFest North, organised by Radio 2 presenter Chris Evans, is a huge event held at Oulton Park in Cheshire in aid of Children in Need. The festival is a weekend of family oriented entertainment, and most importantly an enormous range of car displays, races, experiences, and car care vendors.
Over 60,000 visitors attended the event over the three days, making the most of the glorious British sunshine!
As always, our on-stand demonstrations were a real draw for the crowds, especially as it was a family event. Our Scratch Remover was a particular favourite; unsurprisingly there were plenty of parents with family cars covered in scratches just waiting to be removed!
The rain held off all weekend, and the festival finished on a high on Sunday. In the morning we even had a chat to event founder Chris Evans about what we do, but as he was still in his pyjamas we couldn't quite convince him to have his photograph taken with us! The team finally closed the stand at 10.30 in the evening after a busy, but fantastic weekend.
