Tell us a bit about your business

I am the owner of Ludham Bridge Boatyard, providing boat building & repair, painting, re-gel coating and GRP services.

What do you enjoy most about what you do?

Getting a tired, oxidised hull and superstructure in and the customer not recognising their boat once I’m finished compounding, polishing and waxing. The finish we get is incredible and I pride myself on that.

Which Farécla products do you use in your process and what for?

I use the G Mop Twisted Wool Pad and start with either Profile 350 Premium or Profile 200 Select, subject to colour of GRP. I then give either 1 or 2 coats of Profile 700 Finish. Then I change to the Lambs Wool Pad and then use Profile Finish. I always polish off the Finish with the machine. Then I apply 2 coat of Profile UV Wax. Carry out small circle motions and leave to dry and wipe off.

Why do you choose Farécla products?

I have been using Farécla products for 18 years and haven’t used any other product because Farécla products have always worked.
